ixs-pal® Pallegator

The ixs-pal® pallets are produced fully automatically in an innovative, compact machine – the ixs-pal® Pallegator.

When developing the ixs-pal® Pallegator, great importance was attached to high productivity, compactness and reliability.

The compactness is made possible by the special design of the ixs-pal® pallet, in which four identical, smaller pallet parts are joined together. Each part is made from identical corrugated cardboard blanks by erecting and gluing.

This results in the following advantages:

• The production of ixs-pal® pallets is fully automated.
• The ixs-pal® Pallegator can be integrated into existing production processes and packaging lines.
• ixs-pal® pallets are produced just-in-time, according to demand.

The ixs-pal® Pallegator can produce different pallet sizes.

The output of the ixs-pal® palletiser is up to 120 pallets per hour.

The required floor space for the ixs-pal® Pallegator in the basic configuration is approx. 35 m².
