From the Pallegator to the Rack: Ready for Loading

Aiming to perfect its manufacturing processes, the corrugated cardboard enterprise has made a strategic decision to carry out the shipment of finished products on more modern and eco-friendly corrugated pallets IXS-PAL®.

The outcome was not only a reduction in raw material costs and simplification of logistical operations but also a significant acceleration of the order fulfillment process, which enhanced the overall efficiency of the enterprise’s operations.

The process of transportation and packaging

In the video, we see the finished corrugated packaging on the IXS-PAL® cardboard pallet moving along the conveyor line.

Then it is wrapped in film and loaded into a transport vehicle for delivery to the customer. Upon arrival, the packaging is placed on the client’s racks, ready for use.

Resource Saving

Using a pallegator for the production of corrugated pallets allows the company to significantly save time and money. The abandonment of wooden pallets eliminates the need for ordering, waiting for delivery, and storing inventory.

Convenience and Efficiency

Upon receiving a packaging order, the enterprise can swiftly produce the required number of corrugated pallets. This ensures rapid and efficient order fulfillment, as well as the ability to easily adapt to changing customer needs.

The closed-loop production at the corrugated facility is not only a step towards environmental responsibility but also a means to enhance operational speed and reduce costs. The pallegator becomes a key element in this chain, allowing the enterprise to be more self-sufficient and competitive in the packaging market.
