– What were the biggest challenges and most interesting questions you encountered at the exhibition?

Rustem Karimov, CEO of Karimov GmbH and co-developer of ixs-pal®: One of the more complex moments came during a conversation with a visitor from Congo — a representative of a local corrugated plant. We didn’t get as far as discussing whether it’s feasible to deliver a Pallegator or set up service there, but it was clear that such a request would raise serious logistical questions.

On the lighter side, something unexpected happened at the very end of the show. Our booth neighbors asked if they could buy one of our demo cardboard pallets to pack up parts of their stand after dismantling. Since the pallets were too large to take back with us — we only kept a few small support pieces for future exhibitions — we were happy to offer them everything we had.

But then it turned out none of the pallets fit their needs exactly. That’s when Eduard stepped in. He grabbed a knife and quickly resized one of the pallets into perfectly usable sections. The neighbors were amazed — it was a real show of flexibility. You couldn’t do that with wooden pallets 😁
