Successful Testing of IXS-PAL® Pallet Under Low Temperatures

“In a recent series of rigorous tests, the IXS-PAL® corrugated pallet demonstrated exceptional performance under extreme low-temperature conditions. The tests, conducted at -20°C with 45% humidity, aimed to evaluate the pallet’s durability and reliability in challenging environments,“ says Rustem Karimov, head of Karimov GmbH

Evaluation Criteria:

• Maintaining the load-bearing capacity of the pallet
• No jamming of the pallet
• No rips, creases, or cracks on the pallet

Test Procedure:

• An 850 kg load was placed on the corrugated pallet.
• The pallet was then placed in a climatic chamber set to the specified conditions.
• Following the climatic test, the pallet underwent transport testing on a vibration stand.

Test Results:

• Climate Chamber: The pallet maintained its load-bearing capacity throughout the simulation test. The stack with simulation loads remained intact, showing no signs of destruction.
• Vibration Stand: During transport testing, the stack remained undamaged. However, the pallet exhibited some wrinkles and sagging.

Conclusion: The IXS-PAL® pallet passed all tests positively, confirming its robustness and reliability even under severe conditions. For more information, please CONTACT US.
